As a guide, a standard domestic visit for a typical home usually takes around 2–3 hours, while deep cleans, hoarder support or end of tenancy work can take half a day or longer. When you contact us, we’ll assess your needs and give you an estimated duration before we start.

Checks may include references, right-to-work verification and, where required for schools or care environments, DBS checks through the relevant organisation. Staff receive training based on BICSc principles, CHAS health & safety requirements and our own internal standards before working alone on client sites.
Yes. Many of our clients prefer us to clean while they are at work or away.
If you choose key holding, we record key details securely, store keys safely when not in use and never label them with your full address. Access arrangements are agreed in writing so you know exactly how and when we will enter your property.
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
For standard domestic visits we usually ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Larger jobs and commercial contracts may have specific cancellation terms, which will be explained in your quote or service agreement.
